Vantage Data Centers seeks a Director of Preconstruction Scheduling to lead standardized scheduling for hyperscale and AI-ready data center projects. You will translate executive strategy into actionable workflows, drive multi-phase campus delivery, and coordinate with design, power, and construction teams to ensure realistic schedules from concept to handoff.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling or preconstruction, CPM expertise, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in scheduling, project controls or preconstruction for large-scale developments.
• Deep expertise in CPM scheduling and preconstruction workflows.
• Experience evaluating contractor capability and readiness for concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized preconstruction scheduling templates and governance.
• Translate strategies into actionable scheduling workflows for rapid campus delivery.
• Build early-stage schedules for site validation and market feasibility.
• Coordinate with design partners to ensure schedule realism and bottleneck identification.
• Deliver fully coordinated preconstruction schedules to construction teams.
