Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler (Data Centers) to lead complex schedule development for hyperscale data center programs. You will partner with estimating, PM, and field leadership to craft detailed, executable schedules and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep milestones on track.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of construction scheduling experience, expert knowledge of Primavera P6, and a proven ability to manage schedules across large industrial projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience with strong Primavera P6 usage.
• Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and recovery planning.
• Industrial construction or MEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimating, project management, and operations leadership to break down complex hyperscale data center projects into clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support the creation and structure of work packages aligned with field workflows and execution strategies.
• Provide scheduling guidance during project pursuit, planning, and execution phases.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
• Define activity sequencing, dependencies, and duration based on scope and input from project leadership.
• Establish schedule baselines in partnership with project leadership.
• Develop and oversee multiple project schedules across large-scale programs.
