Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Scheduler for Austin, TX, to develop and maintain CPM schedules for data center projects. The role requires analyzing sequencing for Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Automation Systems, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align schedules with safety, delivery, and cost goals.

The position involves preparing detailed schedules, baselines, and recovery plans, with focus on recoveries and commercial/evaluation inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, planning, or construction management experience in EPC/utility-scale environments.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, baseline development, progress updates, critical path analysis, and schedule forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine detailed project schedules for data center construction, including baselines and look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, milestones, and critical path analyses to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, critical path activities, milestones, and forecasts to ensure alignment with approved schedules.
