Job summary

Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a Data Center Scheduler to join a large-scale mission-critical project. The role is embedded full-time on-site and will own the master CPM schedule, coordinating with superintendents, PMs, owners, design teams, and trade partners to hit milestones.

The ideal candidate has strong CPM expertise, understanding of MEP systems, and experience with fast-track data center projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
2+ years supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated experience developing CPM schedules exceeding $50M in construction value.
Experience supporting commissioning-intensive projects strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the project's master CPM schedule.
Work full-time on-site with the project team to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive schedule performance.
Develop detailed baseline schedules, milestone schedules, recovery schedules, and what-if analyses.
Collaborate with project leadership to establish sequencing strategies for structural, architectural, MEP, startup, testing, and commissioning activities.
Lead weekly scheduling meetings with project teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project schedule.
