Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP in Austin, Texas is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Scheduling to lead integrated master schedules for its data center deployments. You will partner with engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure on-time delivery across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

With 5–10 years in large-scale scheduling, you will develop detailed plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project, identify risks, report progress to stakeholders, and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and CPM knowledge.
• Ability to read construction documents and understand sequencing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development & Maintenance for design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Schedule Analysis & Reporting to track progress and highlight critical path activities.
• Risk Identification and mitigation with project teams.
• Coordination with internal teams and external contractors on timelines.
• Process Improvement to develop scheduling standards and templates.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting against the baseline schedule.
• Critical Path Analysis using CPM to identify dependencies.
