Job summary

SB Energy, a SoftBank-backed infrastructure company, seeks a Scheduler in Austin, TX to develop and maintain CPM schedules for data center projects, perform What-if analyses, and generate integrated master schedules.

You will collaborate with engineers and contractors, manage baselines, progress updates, critical path, and risk recovery; travel to site four days a week; base pay $100,000–$140,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, planning, or construction management in EPC/utility-scale projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, baseline development, progress updates, and critical path analysis.
• Experience with change management, delay analysis, contractor schedule review, and project reporting.
• Engineering or project controls background is a plus.
• Experience in data center construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine detailed project schedules for data center construction.
• Create baseline, milestone, look-ahead, and recovery schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align schedules with safety, delivery, and quality goals.
• Maintain audit trails for baselines, updates, forecasts, delays, and changes.
• Monitor progress, critical path, milestones, and forecasts to ensure alignment with plans.
• Analyze variances and risks; provide recovery recommendations.
• Review contractor schedules and validate sequencing for commercial and execution decisions.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and senior leadership updates.
• Implement scheduling processes and project controls across all phases.
