Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Senior Scheduler for its Atlanta data center projects. You will lead the development, maintenance, and communication of detailed CPM schedules from preconstruction through turnover, guiding large, fast-paced capital programs with a hands-on, team-first approach.

We value seven plus years of GC scheduling experience, data center or mission-critical project background, and strong Primavera P6 skills (Microsoft Project a plus).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience with a general contractor.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience.
• Strong Primavera P6 skills; Microsoft Project a plus.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource loading, and schedule analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed CPM schedules for data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Build and manage baseline schedules, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to keep milestones on track.
• Track progress, analyze delays, and report schedule risks and impacts to the project team and the owner.
• Support preconstruction with schedule development, logic, and sequencing for proposals.
• Mentor junior schedulers and help improve scheduling standards.
