Gleeds is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to join our Data Center team in North Carolina. You will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules for complex data center projects, coordinating with project controls, cost management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including resource-loaded schedules, schedule analysis, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction/engineering/PM related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling/project controls experience within construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 for resource-loaded schedules, progress updates, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of resource loading, allocation, productivity, and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules including labor, equipment, and resources.
• Review resource requirements, productivity, and allocation against plans.
• Establish baselines, logic, calendars, activity codes, and WBS.
• Integrate schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
