Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 required.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and delay analysis.
• Ability to analyze schedules, identify critical path, and assess project risk.
• Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, or data center construction projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling efforts across multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software
• Partner with Project Managers to build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define sequencing, and estimate durations
• Analyze construction documents and contract requirements to translate scope into actionable schedules
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and analyze critical path activities
• Perform schedule risk analysis and develop “what-if” scenarios to mitigate delays
• Review contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and updates
• Support claims analysis, including delay impacts and cost implications
• Prepare reports including schedule updates, earned value analysis (EVA), and forecasting
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders
• Maintain standardized scheduling processes and ensure quality control across deliverables
• Support business development efforts, client presentations, and RFP development
