Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Retrofit Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities across campus projects. You’ll interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, delivering base-build programs and capital budgets while coordinating with stakeholders and executives for informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus-based projects with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly development program updates and present to executives.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and procurement teams to develop base-build programs and budgets.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Lead multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Review monthly pay applications and change orders from contractors.
