Job summary

CBRE seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead data center campus construction in Atlanta, GA. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant, on-budget projects.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong organization, communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. You will manage milestones, governance, and client relations across multiple projects, ensuring design standards are applied and value is delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office suite.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders to deliver compliant projects with architects, engineers, and supply chains.
• Track milestones and prevent schedule slips.
• Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are applied.
• Produce formal project status reports.
• Oversee multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Forecast milestones and manage design teams.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs and advise on cost control and constructability.
• Maintain SOX controls where applicable.
• Foster client relationships and identify opportunities.
