Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Center campuses in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee construction programs, manage interfaces among owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers, and ensure governance and best practices are applied.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools. On-site collaboration with local teams will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
