Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager to lead critical environment projects in Vernon, TX. The role requires ownership of complex construction efforts in data centers, hospitals, and labs, with a focus on achieving client objectives within schedule and budget.

With 5+ years in construction project management and MEPT ground-up experience, you will mentor teams, manage risk, and coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
