Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Mid to Senior Project Manager for critical environments, specializing in data centers and hospitals. This role will independently manage full project scopes, mentor teams, and drive schedule, scope, and budget while maintaining strong client partnerships.

You will work on-site with roughly five days in Afton, TX, collaborating with engineers, designers, and contractors to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management including building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent construction-related education.
• 2+ years leading critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full scope of data center projects, with opportunities to lead multiple projects.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Ensure alignment with the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and internal teams.
