Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center construction or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record delivering greenfield builds from site prep to commissioning.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement, construction and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for greenfield data center construction in Canton, OH.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to align with scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee site activities including civil works, structural, MEP, utilities and critical infrastructure installation.
• Partner with Design, Procurement, Development and Operations to maintain continuity and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement project controls, reporting, risk management and change management processes.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and local regulations.
