Job summary

MGAC in Franklin Furnace, Ohio is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost) to lead complex, high-visibility projects from design through occupancy. You will independently manage full project scope and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule, budget, and client goals.

This role requires 3+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environments, and hands-on MEP experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-focused with a modern business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Ensure timely invoicing and identify add-services opportunities.
