Job summary

You will be responsible for on-site execution, managing contractors, maintaining schedule integrity, and controlling costs while coordinating across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience with hyperscalers or mission-critical contractors.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, cooling infrastructure and electrical distribution.
• Strong leadership to guide complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for greenfield data center construction.
• Oversee site activities.
• Ensure safety standards, regulations and environmental requirements.
• Lead readiness for on-time commissioning.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Proactively resolve issues to maintain project continuity.
• Implement project controls and reporting.
