The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of greenfield data center developments in Ohio or Kansas. This is a high‑impact role responsible for managing on‑site execution, contractor performance, schedule integrity, cost control, and cross‑functional coordination across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

You will be one of the core leaders driving DAMAC Digital’s U.S. expansion, ensuring our facilities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to hyperscaler‑grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for greenfield data center construction projects in Canton, OH.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee site activities including civil works, structural, MEP, utilities, and critical infrastructure installation.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Development, Operations) to maintain project continuity and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement rigorous project controls, reporting, risk management, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and local/state regulations.
• Drive commissioning readiness and support turnover to operations.
• Represent DAMAC Digital as the on‑the‑ground leader for project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center construction, mission‑critical facilities, or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Proven track record managing greenfield builds from site prep through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical distribution, cooling infrastructure, and critical path sequencing.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation developers, or top‑tier mission‑critical contractors is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contractor management skills.
• Willingness to be on‑site in our Canton, OH location.
