Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects, lead a team of project managers, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery for multiple projects. You will develop objectives, supervise the project team, and coordinate with clients and design professionals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience in electrical construction, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of project financials and change-order processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; safety protocols knowledge.
• Proficient with Oracle/Accubid and MS Office; strong scheduling and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise a staff or two or more Project Managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants in company systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; maintain project logs.
• Maintain liaison with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor progress with Foreman and Area Superintendent to meet schedule and budgets.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contracts’ financials.
• Represent company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
