Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, directing a team of project managers and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients. The role focuses on establishing objectives, schedules, budgets, and strategic client engagement across diverse electrical construction initiatives.

You will lead the team, monitor progress, manage change orders, and maintain financial controls while ensuring safety and quality on site. Travel 10-25% is expected on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• PE license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Supervise project management staff and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage financials: progress billing and expenses.
• Represent project in meetings with client and subcontractors.
