Job summary

Vertex Integration Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction, including mission-critical and data center projects across North America. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $25M+ in electrical scope.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, safety, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project financial performance while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and all applicable safety regulations.
