Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager for a ground-up data center construction project in Dallas, TX. You will monitor general contractors to ensure work is done correctly, on time, and to the client's standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and clear communication with the client and internal teams. CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on a large project or multiple projects.
• Define the technical scope of the project.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures monthly.
• Review cost estimates and manage client communications with reports.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to client standards.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
