You will lead planning and delivery from design through operational handover, coordinating with developers, managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless interfaces across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction project management, with data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, including mission-critical or data center projects.
• Proven experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Knowledge of data center electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the data center construction project from design through operational handover.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, quality, and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align project objectives and construction activities.
