Job summary

BayBridge is seeking a senior project leader to drive major data center programs on the East Coast from preconstruction through handover, based in Ashburn, VA. You will own the schedule, budget, and overall delivery while working with a strong leadership team on high-value projects.

You’ll manage client and stakeholder relationships, coordinate Subcontractors and vendors, lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents, and play a key role in forecasting and change management,

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ construction experience.
• Strong background in data centers, mission critical or complex MEP-led construction.
• Experience managing major projects or packages.
• Strong commercial, operational and client-facing skills.
• Ambition to progress into Project Executive / operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead major data center projects from preconstruction through delivery, commissioning and handover.
• Oversee project schedule, budget and overall delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; oversee MEP coordination.
• Forecasting, change orders and commercial management.
• Lead Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents.
