Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee project delivery in data center environments, from aspiration to production. You will lead complex installations and coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and extensive experience managing global projects, with an emphasis on hardware and software service delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in project delivery management.
• 5+ years field services or customer support for hardware & software products.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers and network equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading global projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators.
• Understand architecture and facilitate debate on solutions.
• Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead complex installations and report issues to operational partners.
• Manage communication of project changes and release notices to customers.
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly.
• Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
