Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead project delivery in data center environments, guiding projects from inception to production. You will manage complex installations, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure technical solutions meet requirements.

Requirements include a BS/MS in Engineering or CS, 7+ years in project delivery, and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or CS or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in project delivery management.
• 5+ years providing field services or customer support for hardware and software.
• Deep knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network gear.
• Strong interpersonal skills for direct customer engagement.
• Proven leadership across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and multitasking with minimal supervision.
• Experience leading global projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with collaborators.
• Understand architecture and facilitate decisions on solutions.
• Ensure requirements are produced to standard promptly.
• Develop and present technical solutions to customers.
• Coordinate calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead complex installations and report issues to partners.
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers.
• Document procedures clearly.
• Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
