Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead projects from aspiration to production in data-center environments. You will build relationships with collaborators, understand architectures, and drive decisions on solutions while delivering technical outcomes for customers.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project delivery and strong leadership across global teams, with experience in hardware & software service delivery and a background in data center tech.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery management.
• Minimum five years of field services and/or customer support for hardware & software.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with collaborators.
• Understand architecture and facilitate debates on solutions.
• Ensure requirements are produced to standard promptly.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers.
• Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Lead complex installations and report issues to operations partners.
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers.
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly.
• Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
