Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience with GC/CM background.
• Experience delivering complex facilities including data centers.
• OSHA-10 required or higher preferred.
• On-site requirement during construction hours in West Texas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for the Owner, managing GC and trade partners.
• Ensure field productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to ORPM/Owner.
• Drive issue resolution and recovery plans to keep milestones.
• Coordinate with testing agencies and commissioning teams.
