Spencer Ogden in West Texas is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead mission-critical data center construction projects from planning through completion. This senior role oversees the entire job site, onsite project teams of 40–50+, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Candidates require 15+ years in construction, a strong GC background, and proven success delivering large data

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead major mission-critical data center construction projects in West Texas. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction experience, including significant experience working for a General Contractor and delivering large-scale data center projects from planning through completion.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire job site, onsite project team, contractors, schedule, budget, and overall project execution. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills are critical, as this individual will oversee teams of 40-50+ personnel and work closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with 15 MW-210 MW data center projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in West Texas for the duration of the project.
