Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), now part of PMA, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site Data Center projects in West Texas. You will act as primary field representative for the Owner’s team, drive productivity, quality, and safety, and coordinate with GC and trade partners to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with exposure to complex facilities and large-scale projects.
• OSHA-10 minimum, OSHA-30 or higher preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on data center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary on-site leader for the Owner, coordinating with GC and trade partners to meet milestones.
• Ensure field productivity, quality, and safety meet contract requirements and drawings.
• Provide daily field updates and weekly reports to the ORPM and owner’s team.
• Manage field-level recovery and acceleration plans when schedule drifts occur.
• Oversee mass grading, core & shell, and high-volume fit-out activities for data centers.
