W. G. Yates & Sons Construction Company seeks a Sr. Project Executive for Data Center projects.

You will provide overall leadership for performance, client relations, budget and schedule, while ensuring safety and quality compliance. You will also guide thePre-Con and project team through turnovers and critical start-up phases. The role requires a track record of large datacenter project leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build client relationships for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 15+ years GC experience.
• Experience on multiple medium to large datacenter projects ($100M+).
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and project profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with senior management and clients.
• Self-motivated with proven ability to recruit and build project teams.
• Adherence to Safety, Integrity, Passion and Commitment per core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule and trade partner management.
• Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards; serve as primary client contact.
• Lead and coordinate Pre-Con and Project Team turnover and handover.
• Manage project acquisition through industry contacts and RFP participation.
• Direct contract negotiations and ensure project profitability.
• Monitor site performance and evaluate project team progress.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting and P&L for the project.
