Job summary

Yates Construction Co. seeks a Sr. Project Executive – Data Center to lead overall project performance, client relations and profitability. You will steer budgets, schedules, safety and quality, and serve as the primary client contact with senior management alignment.

With a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering and 15+ years GC experience, you will leverage executive leadership to drive multi‑hundred million datacenter initiatives and build strong project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering with GC experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior management.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing project profitability.
• Ability to recruit and build project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project performance and client relations.
• Lead and maintain safety and quality program compliance.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and trade partner management.
• Participate in RFPs and contract negotiations as needed.
• Develop budgets and schedules with Pre-Con team.
• Lead turnover and ensure project team alignment.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor performance and compliance.
