Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a Project Executive – Data Center to provide leadership for project performance, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and maintain compliance with corporate safety and quality standards and will serve as the direct point of contact for clients.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering with 15+ years GC experience, plus extensive datacenter project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 15+ years of GC experience required.
• Experience with multiple large datacenter projects ($100M+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, and schedule management.
• Lead safety and quality compliance and serve as the primary client contact.
• Recruit and develop a project team and manage trade partners.
