Yates Construction in Vernon, TX, is seeking a Sr. Project Executive – Data Center to provide leadership for project performance, client relations, budgets, and schedules.

You will drive contract negotiations and manage trade partners while upholding safety and quality standards, serving as the main point of contact for clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 15+ years of GC experience and proven success on large datacenter projects ($100M+).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 15+ years GC experience.
• Datacenter project experience ($100M+) required.

Responsabilidades

• Project Acquisition and lead generation through industry contacts.
• Participate in RFP process and contract negotiations as needed.
• Pre-Construction/start-up; develop budgets and schedules.
• Lead Turnover between Pre-Con and Project Team.
• Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Manage accounts receivable, forecasts, and P&L for the project.
• Champion project safety program and client management.
