Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to create and manage detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout. You will define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, allocate resources, and track progress against baselines.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors, identify risks, perform what-if analyses, and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling for data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources for accurate timelines.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to align schedules with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baseline schedule with earned value, milestones, and variance analyses.
• Identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align schedule updates.
