Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior Scheduler to lead detailed project scheduling across all lifecycle stages at client sites. You will coordinate with EPCM teams, review contractor schedules, and drive realistic timelines while aligning with financial forecasts.

The role requires deep CPM knowledge, earned value practice, and robust reporting. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and strategists to optimize capital programs, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, pharmaceutical, energy, or large capital project environments.
• Certifications with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and scheduling integration tools; strong understanding of CPM scheduling.
• Expertise in earned value management, cost/schedule integration, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and scheduling integration tools; strong understanding of CPM scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Facilitate planning sessions and integrate internal schedules with EPCM contractor schedules.
• Review and challenge schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and identify critical paths, constraints, and acceleration opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with schedule variance and lookahead schedules.
• Support risk management by assessing schedule impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate schedule status, milestones, and risks to teams and leadership with alignment to forecasts.
