Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large capital projects. You will coordinate with EPCM contractors, review schedules for feasibility, and track progress against baselines.

The role requires Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency, CPM scheduling expertise, and experience with earned value and risk analysis. Onsite work at client sites is expected, with some collaboration across teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Experience with project scheduling in large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all lifecycle phases (master to Level 4).
• Facilitate planning sessions and align EPCM contractor schedules into unified timelines.
• Review schedules for accuracy and feasibility across contractors and teams.
• Track progress and identify critical paths, constraints, and acceleration opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with schedule variance and risk analysis.
• Support risk management and staffing inputs for governance reviews.
• Communicate schedule status and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
