Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience (schedulers) in data center or mission-critical projects.
• 10+ years of experience for Senior Scheduler role in project scheduling, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction from design through closeout.
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate timelines.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to align with owner objectives.
• Track progress against baselines; prepare reports with earned value, milestones and variances.
• Identify schedule risks early; assess impacts and recommend mitigations.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules for disruptions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors on schedule updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
• Document actual vs planned timelines and capture lessons learned.
• Maintain historical schedule data and report on performance.
