Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hardware Break/Fix Operations Manager to lead BAU data center hardware operations across the Americas. This role drives performance, builds high-performing teams, and aligns service delivery with business priorities and technology objectives.

The position requires ownership of HW Break/Fix, IMAC, and Smart Hands services, with 24x7 escalation support and potential weekend on-call coverage. Location: Somerset, NJ, 3 days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with a relevant professional qualification preferred, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of managed service contracts, vendor performance, and RFP leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership and single-point accountability for hardware services across Client’s Americas data center portfolio.
• Own and oversee hardware changes, events, incidents, and problems from initiation to closure, including post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to resolve incidents during emergencies, including on-site dispatch when required.
• Deliver environmental plans for sustainability and carbon footprint management.
