LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Hardware Strategy & Operations) for a 6-month engagement in California. The role focuses on technical program management, leadership operations, and portfolio planning within Advanced Technology Labs hardware.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience developing hardware technologies (semiconductor, IC/ASIC, packaging, interconnect, photonics, or related).
• 7+ years in technology organizations with technical program management, R&D operations, or related roles.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to work with engineers and researchers.
• Proven ability to coordinate across functions and deliver results in complex environments.
• Experience with budgeting, headcount planning, and operational reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for hardware technology initiatives, managing risks and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate across R&D, Finance, Product Planning, Manufacturing, HR, and other teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies; drive resolution and follow-through.
• Establish operating cadences, governance, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Develop program plans, milestones, and executive dashboards.
• Partner with VP and leadership on annual planning, budget and workforce planning.
• Maintain communications and prepare executive review materials.
• Support hiring plans and resource allocation to drive priorities.
