Pharmaclient in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Hardware Break/Fix Operations Manager for data center hardware operations across the Americas. This long-term contract role requires hybrid work in Somerset, NJ with occasional weekend and on-call support.

You will lead hands-on delivery, drive incident management, and develop procedures, ensuring resiliency, safety, and cost controls across enterprise, colocation, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education preferred, or demonstrable equivalent experience in critical operations.
• Experience with managed services contracts, vendor performance, and capital budgeting.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and cross-regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership for hardware services across the Americas data center portfolio.
• Oversee changes, incidents, problems, and post-incident reviews with RCA and actions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Ensure resiliency planning and effective operating models for data centers.
• Oversee financial management, cost controls, compliance, and safety.
• Deliver regular governance reporting on OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.
• Communicate during incidents with timely updates to senior management; document lessons learned.
• Develop environmental plans for carbon footprint and sustainable operations.
