Job summary

Oracle in Phoenix is seeking a Datacenter Technician to identify opportunities to upgrade server components, validate cabling, and monitor network environments. You will mentor less experienced technicians, implement technical solutions, and ensure SOP/MOP-compliant change control in a 24/7 on-site data center.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware systems and components.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upgrade servers and components and ensure efficient lifecycle.
• Guide less experienced technicians on best practices for hardware and configurations.
• Validate cabling and network connectivity for reliable operation.
• Monitor tickets, mentor staff, and implement technical solutions within SLAs.
