The role demands proven data center leadership, enterprise IT experience, and a track record of operational excellence, with familiarity in hybrid AWS environments and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer-centric infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in data center environments.
• LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement).
• Ability to travel between data center locations as required.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and AWS hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Data Center Managers and 100–150 hourly associates across regional Data Centers.
• Attainment of goals related to safety, security, availability, scaling and efficiency.
• Supervisory responsibilities per organizational policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed operational goals with strategic planning and forecasting.
• Mentor and develop the operations management team, including data center managers and technicians.
• Develop and share best practices globally; plan infrastructure for new builds and expansions.
• Balance insourcing and outsourcing to optimize internal skills and costs.
• Continuously improve operational processes, procedures, methods and tools.
