Job summary

You will oversee 24x7 data center activities, including site safety, security, capacity, and cost optimization. Travel to San Antonio area data centers is required as part of regional responsibilities.

The role requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a proven track record in large, distributed teams overseeing complex infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in critical data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Oversee installation, repair, and decommissioning of data center hardware and network devices.
• Lead and develop data center cluster operations management teams.
• Manage budgets and vendor performance to meet goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
