Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Center leader to oversee onsite teams in Anthony, NM. You will guide multi-disciplinary technicians, manage vendor relationships, and partner with architects, engineers and product management to deliver expansions on schedule.

You will recruit top talent, drive delivery of critical tasks, and champion continuous improvement in a high‑availability environment. This role requires strong people skills and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to influence groups beyond own span of control.
• Experience with data center hardware, servers, storage and networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support 15–20 Data Center Technicians.
• Operate 7/24 mission-critical data center environment.
• Installations, field change orders and hardware break/fix activity.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and milestones.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Build, Site Selection and Business Operations.
• React to incidents and drive post-incident analysis.
• Plan capacity expansion (racks, spaces, new sites).
• Lead local recruitment for future hires.
• Foster continuous improvement culture.
