Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced leader to head the onsite cloud data center team in Anthony, NM. You will provide strategic direction, manage a multi-disciplined group of technicians and collaborate with architects, engineers, and product management to deliver reliable, scalable data center services.

Responsibilities include expanding the team, driving 24/7 operations, and ensuring milestones and KPIs are met while maintaining high quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in data center/cloud environments.
• Strong working knowledge of servers, storage and networking hardware.
• Ability to drive incident escalations to fast resolutions.
• Proven capability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions/countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Anthony, NM data center site and the multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for 15–20 Data Center Technicians.
• Oversee 24/7 operations in a mission-critical environment.
• Installations, field changes and hardware break/fix activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and meet customer KPIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Build, Site Selection and Business Ops.
• Drive local recruitment and talent growth for future hires.
• Foster continuous improvement across the site and teams.
