Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior Director of Data Center Operations for Dona Ana County, NM. You will own day-to-day execution, uptime, safety, and site performance across multiple data centers, serving as the ultimate accountable owner for operational outcomes.

Lead engineering, maintenance, security and vendors; establish SLAs, respond to incidents, drive safety culture, plan resources, and develop next-generation site leaders while delivering reliable cloud services at scale

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience running high-uptime, multi-site operational organizations.
• Proven ability to manage crises, scale teams, and maintain execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations organizations, including engineering, maintenance, security, and vendors.
• Establish SLAs, monitor compliance, and lead response to major operational incidents.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own resource planning, emergency response readiness, and capacity execution.
