Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced data center leader to manage the onsite Cloud Data Center in Anthony, NM. Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ technicians, coordinate with distributed teams, and drive expansion projects with reliability and quality.

You will oversee incident response, capacity planning, and vendor collaboration, ensuring milestones and customer KPIs are met while continuously improving operations.

• Manage and support 20+ Data Center Technicians and leaders.
• Oversee 24/7 day-to-day data center operations and incidents.
• Drive capacity planning and expansion projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, site selection, and operations teams.
• Recruit, hire and grow the onsite team.
• Ensure delivery of services and meet customer KPIs.
