Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced leader to head the onsite cloud data center teams in Anthony, NM. You will provide strong leadership, direction and operational experience, oversee 20+ Data Center Technicians and regional managers, and drive expansion projects on time with high quality.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, product management and other stakeholders, manage escalations to rapid resolution, and recruit top talent to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Must have data center leadership experience and have managed other data center managers and technicians.
• Experience with multi-discipline cloud data center environments and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ Data Center Technicians and other leaders/managers.
• Oversee 24/7 day-to-day operations in a mission-critical environment.
• Handle installation, field change orders and hardware break/fix activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to meet milestones and customer KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Build, Site Selection, Business Operations, etc.
• React to incidents, drive resolution and perform after-action reviews.
• Drive capacity expansion (rack/space growth, new sites) as needed.
• Lead local recruitment for future hires.
• Foster continuous improvement across the site.
