Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director of Data Center Operations in the Dona Ana, New Mexico area. You will lead a ~250-person data center operations team, shaping the operating model, processes, and automation to scale infrastructure growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead large-scale data center operations across a North America site.
• Build operating model, systems, processes, and capabilities for a large footprint.
• Create scalable operations with automation, tooling, and data-driven decisions.
• Establish mechanisms to improve throughput, productivity, quality, reliability, and speed.
• Oversee hardware deployment, break/fix, compute infrastructure, and inventory management.
• Drive NPI processes for new infrastructure products and deployment models.
• Ensure spare parts availability without excess cost or complexity.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and cross-functional teams.
